I rescued this little guy from a street sale. As you can see from the pics, there's a little bit more scuffing on the frame and covers... almost to the point of bringing the price down. BUT--the lack of wear on the rollers and platen more than makes up for it. While old, this typewriter was used sparingly. And like all of my typewriters, every mechanical part has been given a complete work-over.
If you're wanting to start on that great American novel, then do it with a great American typewriter. The Royal KMM typewriter is more than capable. Solid, heavy duty, and well built. This machine is a go-getter.
I've been selling a lot of these. Sometimes, I don't even get a chance to list them on the site.
If you're seeing a 'sold' sign on this page, you might go ahead and send me a quick message to see if I have any more in stock. If not, then congratulations! It's still available!
If ordering outside the Cincinnati area, there'll be an added $30 for shipping. If you're local, call me and set up an appointment, and I can give you a full demonstration, along with a crash-course on using manual typewriters.
